We have a matching bench available too. Please select the ‘Matching bench option’ and add to basket if you require the bench with your table. The bench will be made approx 40cm shorter to allow this to fit under the table when not in use. Please let us know if you do not require this. The standard bench depth will be approx 44cm with a height of approx 43cm , please state if you need this customised.

For an additional bench, please select the ‘Additional bench’ option from the drop down dimensions and add to your basket. The benches will be built approx 30cm shorter than the table length. If you require them to slide underneath the table then please state upon ordering.

Our tables and benches are also suitable for outdoor use. Please state in the buyer notes or personalisation box if this is to be used outdoors and we will treat this accordingly. If you would like a table for outside then just like all outdoor wooden furniture, the better care you take of your table, the longer they will last.

Even though we treat our outdoor furniture to be weatherproof, a rainproof cover is strongly recommended, especially for the winter months or for any periods that the table is not being used. we suggest that you apply a coat of finish once or twice a year.

Item pictured measures 90cm Height, 60cm Length and 60cm depth. Options for the length and depth are below, however we can customise this to your needs, just get in touch. Item pictured is in the natural finish. All pieces will be finished in food safe top oil.

All orders will come with hooks as shown. For any further customisations needed, please get in touch.

Pictures of the example pieces may slightly vary, as each piece of reclaimed wood is different and reacts differently to stains/oils. The time of the year also has an effect on the woods natural colour too. Our pieces are coated in Osmo Poly oil then second coated in clear oil for protection.

Please Note – For any desk and any table orders – they will be delivered with the legs separate for logistical safety reasons, so will require assembly of the legs upon receipt. Pre drilled holes will be supplied as well as fixings for easy attachment.

Our items are made from reclaimed timber so will feature all the characteristics of its’ previous life such as knots, cracks, scrapes & indentations. This adds a level of individuality & character & means that no two pieces will ever be the same

Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Therefore please open your item carefully and do not dispose of the original packaging.

Please look after your unwanted products, even if damaged or faulty. They must be returned carefully packaged in the original packaging to prevent further damage so we are able to inspect them.

You are responsible for the cost of returning your items (unless the item arrives faulty, damaged or the incorrect item has been received) within 14 days of receipt of your order.

It is the customers responsibility to return items to us in secure and suitable packaging. We will be unable to process your return if unwanted items are returned to us damaged.

We recommend using online courier compare sites to get the best quote for returns. These sites also offer a collection services. We recommend using a tracked or recorded returns service as we are not responsible for lost items.

Once we have received your return we will process your refund. The cost of the product will be refunded within 3 days of the receipt of the return.

Damages during delivery.

In the rare event of any delivery damages, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To make a damage claim against our couriers we require photographs of the product in its original packaging with the delivery label clearly visible.

If you notice the item is clearly damaged from the outer packaging, please make the courier aware.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item we will send out a replacement to you as soon as possible. In most cases we will need the item to be returned to us and will arrange for any damaged or faulty items to be collected where necessary. We will also require photographic evidence of the products and packaging. Please do not dispose of damaged or faulty items or their packaging unless advised to do so by us.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on amended items, custom products, special orders, bespoke designs or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
